The entire home is yours — all 4 bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, dock, kayaks, fire pit, and outdoor spaces. Self check-in via smart lock, so arrival is easy no matter when you get there.

🐾 All Pets Must be added to the Reservation. We only allow non-shedding dogs up to 50lbs. A $200 pet fee will be included at checkout, if you add your pet to the reservation.

🏠HOA Rules
• Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
• Open fires must never be left unattended.
• Gas-powered watercraft are not permitted on the lake. (electric motors are ok)

🚤 A boat is located at the private dock. It is privately owned and is not available for guest use. Please do not board, move, or use the boat.
