To keep our home well-maintained and comfortable for every guest you may notice our property management team or professional service providers during your stay. You may notice them taking care of the following:

- Pest Control: Routine treatments to keep the home pest-free. Since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.

- Landscaping: Keeping the outdoor spaces clean and inviting.

- Trash Service: Managing waste to ensure everything stays neat.

- House Sanitation: Making sure we keep our high traffic area clean and sanitized.


These services are scheduled with care to minimize any impact on your stay. If you have any concerns or need more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Security Cameras:

For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the exterior parking. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the cameras for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement and upload their ID to confirm the reservation.

Hospitable Verification Portal:

To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.

By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.

Pet Fee/s:

We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $30 per pet for the entire stay. There is an additional fee of $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy:

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out requests are subject to approval and should be made at least 2 days before check-in/check-out. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.

Utility Cap:

For stays of 14 nights or longer, there is a utility cap of $275 per month (covering sewer, water, and electricity combined). This is a generous allowance for a home of this size, and in most cases, guests remain well within the limit. In the rare event of usage exceeding this cap, overages may be charged separately.


Optional add-ons like early check-in and travel insurance are available through our guest portal after booking. They're never required to confirm your reservation.
