AVAILABLE NOW- finished remodeled basement. Additional queen bed, queen fold-out sofa and sitting area, full bath, and kitchenette. Has a separate entry with parking as well as stairs from the main floor. An additional $125 per night as an add-on option. The basement is not handicap as the first floor is. The basement will not be rented separately it is only available and an add-on to the main house if needed for a total of 9 guest.
