This well-equipped, three-level condo is the perfect home base for a family getaway to the mountains! The main level, or entry level, features a spacious living area with delightful wooden accents throughout, a gas fireplace for chilly days, a TV, and a dining table with seating, perfect for gathering around after a long day of adventures in Steamboat. There is a private balcony located off the main living room as well as a wall-unit air conditioner in the dining area. The chef of the group will be thrilled with the well-equipped, full kitchen. Featuring gorgeous wood cabinets, granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the utensils needed to prepare fantastic, full-course meals. To add even more convenience to your trip, Phoenix 116 also offers an on-site washer/dryer to make it easy to stay on top of your laundry during your stay. There are two bedrooms on the main level: the first with an attached bathroom. The main bedroom is on the second floor and offers a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle. This bedroom has its own attached bathroom.
