With a spacious layout that accommodates up to 10 guests, Atriums #26 features three beautifully appointed bedrooms with king and queen beds, along with a fun bunk room equipped with two sets of Twin XL bunks, perfect for the kids. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the great outdoors.
The condo boasts 4.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone to freshen up. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in steam showers and soaking tubs. The inviting living area is perfect for gathering, complete with a cozy fireplace and a large TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances - with 2 dishwashers, a dining area, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals.
Step outside to enjoy the uncovered deck and patio, where you can soak in the breathtaking mountain views and fresh air. On each private upper deck, there is a 2 person private hot tub. The property also includes family-friendly amenities such as babysitter recommendations, a pack n play travel crib, and games for entertainment.
For your convenience, Atriums #26 is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a private garage for parking.
The Atriums is an exclusive condo complex with only a few large condos, giving you the utmost in privacy and comfort. As mentioned before, there are 2 parking spaces in the private garage within the larger community garage. The Atriums are a quick .2 mi drive to the nearest ski area parking lot, or a 1/4 mi walk to the base area on sidewalks. Steamboat has Uber/Lyft and local taxi service if you decide you'd like to go out for a night on the town. The community pool and hot tub are undergoing a remodeling project expected to be completed by end of fall 2026, but are currently not available, but the 2 private hot tubs for the condo are currently operable.
