David, We’re sorry to hear the Home Stero did not meet your expectations and that due to COV-19 not all of the amenities were available. We know it doesn’t change things, but thank you for accepting the compensation we were able to offer you to make up for this. We really appreciate your patience, and we hope to host you again in the future! -The TurnKey VR Team

Hi Mindy, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are happy to hear you found the home beautiful. However, we would like to sincerely apologize for the less-than-perfect experience you received. We assure you we have human team members always available to call on our 24-7 guest hotline. It does appear that there was some miscommunication on our end that caused some of your pre-arrival inquiries to go immediately unanswered and will ensure we address this to avoid future issues and provide a better guest experience. With regards to the maintenance concerns, we do show an agent reached out to you and advised that someone would be out to address the issues you encountered and provided an arrival time, but we are following up with the vendor to see to it that your reports were thoroughly addressed. Finally, while we always try and provide early check-in or late check-out there are times when this is not possible and seems to be the case here. Our housekeeping team does require additional time to ensure the property is fully ready for the guest's arrival. If there is anything further you need, please do not hesitate to reach out to our 24/7 guest hotline and let us know.

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do apologize for the hot tub issues you encountered and for the inconvenience this caused as well. We wish we had known at the time so that we could have helped out then. Our 24/7 guest hotline is always available if anything ever comes up while staying at one of our properties. Please know that we’ve since following up with our local operations team about the hot tub to ensure that it is working properly and the controls are fully functional. By the way, you were perfect guests, and we’re looking forward to hearing from you again. -The TurnKey Team

Hi Justin, Thank you so much for your review and kind words about our property! We're so happy to hear you and your group enjoyed your stay with us. We are so happy that you contacted our 24/7 guest hotline to report the issues with the hot tub. Please rest assured that a hot tub vendor addressed the issue upon their scheduled visit on February 28th. You were perfect guests, and we appreciate you taking care of our place as if it were your own. We look forward to next time! - The TurnKey VR Team

Hi Michele, Thank you for your review, and we’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at our place. That being said, we do apologize for the issues you encountered and for any inconvenience this caused as well. Please know that the elevator has since been repaired and is confirmed to be working properly. We have also placed multiple signs around the elevator advising guests on how to properly use this amenity and prevent any problems moving forward. We will also look to update our Home Instructions to include more detailed information regarding the fireplace, coffee maker, and any other features that are specific to the property. If there is anything else we can still do for you, please reach out anytime and let us know. -The TurnKey VR Team

Hi Evan, Thank you for your review and helpful feedback! We’re so happy to hear that you had a great stay with us. While the stone steps leading to the slopes are heated, there are certain areas that can still collect and maintain ice. If there is any concern with safety, please note that you can still access the mountain off the north end of the heated patio behind the hot tub (exit out of the ski locker room and turn right). By the way, you were perfect guests, and we appreciate you taking care of our place as if it were your own. Please come and stay again any time! -The TurnKey VR Team
