The space:
Large open concept unit is spacious & comfortable. Two bedrooms each with queen beds & large closet, back bedroom has a bed with an adjustable base with remote control (lovely for those of us with not the greatest backs). Large kitchen with new appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher. Kitchen has no oven, but has brand new induction stove & electric cooktop, air fryer, 3 additional cooktop plates, crockpot, large microwave, toaster and k-cup machine with coffee & tea provided. There is also a propane grill outside and if you needed to bake something I live upstairs and would happily let you use our oven. Comfy living room with flat screen smart TV with Netflix & Hulu plus sleeper sofa. Bathroom has large shower plus laundry room with full size washer & dryer! Large fenced in backyard with grill & garden. All essentials provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning products, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, etc..) just bring yourself!

Guest access:
Guests have full use of driveway for parking, private entrance, full private use of first floor of home. Only shared space is the large fenced backyard. Seasonal garden that you are welcome to use with fresh herbs and vegetables.
*Please note that we only allow dogs due to allergies. Pet fee is for one dog only. If you have additional dogs you would like to bring please let me know.
