Welcome to Skyline Co! This is a modern retreat with a campfire, a game room, and views of Lake Norman. With a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances (including an air fryer), laundry room, game room, office area, and a coffee station.
Located within 6 minutes of a Publix, various fast-food restaurants, an urgent care, and restaurants. There is also a restaurant on the lake that features a gift shop, ice cream shop, and an arcade.

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as an air fryer, a toaster, a blender, an oven, and a microwave. The coffee bar contains a Keurig coffee machine, stocked with coffee mugs, starter pods, and coffee filters.

Spacious bedrooms with comfortable accommodations, which include 2 king and 2 queen beds. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom, offering added privacy and comfort. There is also an office space for anyone who needs to check in with work, with a comfortable desk chair, along with a laundry room. The game room features a full-sized ping pong table, a foosball table that turns into a mini 8ball game as well as 2 arcade machines, a variety of board games, and a TV.

Outside, Skyline Co offers a comfortable campfire area decked with fairy lights and a fully working grill. There is outdoor patio seating and an umbrella for warm summer days. Skyline Co provides towels, linens, soaps, kitchen utensils, and other essentials so you can settle in comfortably and enjoy your stay.

You must be 30 or older to rent this property and you must be residing at the property during the rental period.

You can not rent this property for anyone also.

The Garage is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay and some closet space is reserved for owner storage. however, there is plenty of closet and storage available for your personal belongings, as well as ample parking in the driveway.

Note: this house is not "Childproof" or "Wheelchair accessible" there are stairs to the second floor, cable railing on both porches, there are stairs in both entrances.

The property has exterior cameras installed for safety and insurance purposes. One is located in the front door and other one in the corner over the garage looking towards the parking lot.

They located outside only and help us monitor the entrance and parking.

There are no cameras inside the home.

This is pet-free and smoke-free home. No smoking in the house or on porches.
