Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the stay did not meet your expectations, especially over a holiday weekend. The Luxe Barn was designed as a modern, upscale barndominium with high-end finishes and appliances, including an induction cooktop. We understand induction cooking can feel different if guests are not used to it, but the appliance is name-brand, fully functional, and was chosen in part for its performance and added safety features. We also want to clarify that the property is never rented to multiple groups at the same time. During a guest’s stay, the property is private to that reservation. The additional gathering/meeting room is a separate bonus space that is not included in the standard rental, but it may be unlocked upon request for an additional fee. No other guests or groups have access to the property during a booked stay. We are not a large-scale management company, and we’re sorry if our communication came across as impersonal or caused frustration. That is never our intention, and we’ll use this feedback to improve how we explain optional spaces and amenities more clearly moving forward. We appreciate your comments and are glad you found the property impressive. We always want guests to feel informed and comfortable before and during their stay, and we regret that your experience fell short.
