Excellent host; excellent property. The house was immaculate and provided a well equipped kitchen. This is a relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to the State Park for daily walks. Access to the lake is on the property; restaurants and attractions are convenient. The host was readily available and responsive.

The home was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It is on a beautiful lakefront lot with a nice dock to use for your boat or to fish on. We utilized the fire pit and chairs located on the property. The owner also had firewood already cut which was nice. I would definitely stay here again. We had no issues or concern and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Norman property! The home was extremely clean, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, which made meal prep easy. The location was perfect and convenient for boat rentals, which was a huge plus for us.The host was friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway on the lake!

Great Vacation Spot

Family's Christmas Vacation

Was a great house. Kids had fun taking the paddle board out and was convenient to everything within 15 - 20 minutes. Communication and check in was on point.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

Location, location, location!!. My stay at the property was just amazing. The house is absolutely BRAND NEW. If you want new and modern things, this is a place to stay. My entire family enjoyed the neighborhood and the house. The owner was always attentive to see if we needed anything. Check-in/check-out process was super smooth. We rented a 1-day boat to enjoy Lake Norman. We also visited other places around. I loved it so much that I wanted to buy a property around to eventually retire. Weather was beautiful. I will wholeheartedly return to the property.

A perfect lake house!

This house is a dream come true! It's brand new and has absolutely everything you'll need to have a beautiful and comfortable stay. Every detail has been thought of, from all the kitchen utensils to the new towels, hotel-feel-like bedding, outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, kayaks, you name it they have it!. The communication with Jitka was fantastic, always responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We walked around the residence every morning and saw two deer, birds, and a bunny!. Can't wait to go back! I wish all the rental houses out there were as service oriented and impeccable as this one.

The house is very nice. It is very new and well designed. It was actually very private and relaxing.

So the host already had most of the essentials there for us. Everything from enough towels and wash rags to pots pans and coffee pods. I think the propane was out on the grill cause even with the propane on it would not catch fire. But that could have been the last guest leaving the propane on. The pods for the coffee pot gave us trouble but maybe some directions would clear that up. It was a great place for us to have for the weekend reuniting with old friends and family and a great place to stay
