Just a quick update here for future participants. The property has been converted into an apartment type home. The owner is in the lower section with dogs that bark at times during the day and evening. The actual rental space is on the second floor going up two flights of stairs which made for interesting luggage transfers. In addition there is a tenet on the second floor as well that you will hear and meet. The apartment you rent has no dishwasher or washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are outside in a separate hallway. The pool area was full of debris and pool and hot tub were not cleaned. Lots of ants around the pool that got on clothes and towels. If you use the pool you have to make your way down 2 flights of stairs. So grilling is not too convenient. Ran into a number of palmetto bugs in the property living space as well.Did enjoy the game room area.

The pool and hot tub have been thoroughly cleaned and maintained, and additional attention has been given to the pool area to keep it clean and comfortable for guests. We have also addressed pest-control concerns and continue to take preventative measures throughout the property. We would also like to provide some context regarding the palmetto bugs mentioned in the review. As this property is located in sunny and humid Florida, palmetto bugs are unfortunately a common occurrence, even in well-maintained homes. That said, we have a regular professional pest-control service in place to proactively address and minimize these types of issues. Regarding the laundry, there is a dedicated laundry room on the property with a washer and dryer available for guests to use. It is located just a few steps away and is readily accessible to guests. We have also reviewed the concerns regarding the property's layout and configuration and continue to make sure these details are clearly communicated to guests prior to booking, allowing everyone to make an informed decision based on their individual needs and expectations. Regarding the dogs and other occupants, these are circumstances associated with the property's configuration. We do our best to minimize disruptions and ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are glad to hear that the game room was enjoyed. We take guest feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to continually improve the property and the experience we provide. Many of the concerns mentioned have already been addressed, and we remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property for our future guests.

My family and I stayed here for family weekend at UCF. It was a perfect place to stay because there were plenty of beds and had a game room with lots of games for teenagers and adults. I also rented this house because of the backyard, pool area and Jacuzzi. However, when I tried to turn on the patio lights and Jacuzzi to start heating up, nothing worked. The house is also next to a lot of trees, and a lot of the debris was in the pool and all over the patio cushions and tables. I got in contact with the person responsible for maintaining the property. He came over right away and was very understanding to my concerns. He tried his best to fix the Jacuzzi, he also called an electrician to look at it the next day. In the end, they never got it working. Something is wrong with the electrical because not only did the Jacuzzi not work but also the theater room electrical had issues as well. It was disappointing because I thought the price was a bit of a splurge, but was willing to rent it because of all of these great extras. Since we couldn’t use some the amenities that we looked forward to using, I feel like it wasn’t worth the price. Hugo the maintenance person tried his best and I appreciated it. I hope the electrician can find a solution.
