This is a duplex, and this listing is for the downstairs only. Each unit has its own private entrance and indoor spaces, but some outdoor amenities and the driveway are shared with guests in the upstairs unit.

The pool and hottub are private just for you!

House Rules:
- $500 security deposit required.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking indoors; $200 fine for violations.
- Excess noise after 10 pm prohibited (city ordinance).
- Address may not appear accurately on Airbnb’s map; correct address will be provided upon booking
- A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.
- There’s a $25 cleaning fee for grill use.
- Amenities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis because it is a shared common area.
- You may be responsible for any septic damages that come from flushing things or parking in the yard.

Please note that from May 1 through September 15, there are long-term guests staying in the upstairs unit. They are quiet, keep to themselves, and are respectful of all house rules.

Quick getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and Austin is very quick to respond to questions. Kitchen was stocked with cooking basics, which made or very short stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Universal

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my sons 17th birthday with friends. We were only focused on Universal and this location was perfect and away from all of the traffic surrounding Disney. It was a very quiet and private location.

Nice & relaxing stay

We sat by the pool we rented the Pontoon and next time I will rent paddle boards the lake is absolutely gorgeous and you get to see some really good week partners in action. The neighborhood is wonderful I went on many walks with my family… It was a wonderful staff thank you to you both and it was nice meeting you as well as Niner! :)

Great house and location for families looking to enjoy the lake and visit Disney!

Austin has a great spot on Lake Jessamine! He was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions. The house was perfect for our needs (family of 5) and we especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. We rented the ski boat from Jeff which was perfect as we skied each day. We also spent a day at Disney which was a very easy drive from the house. We would absolutely recommend it!

Nice place to get away

My first time using VRBO, was slightly concerned about the whole process and how everything works, but it was a relatively smooth process. The property is nice with enough land to feel like you are away from the city. The pool and hot tub was also nice. Just would recommend bringing a chromecast or two too stream your shows or movies if you like to have something. Overall, we had a packed house and had a really good family getaway. Thanks Austin!

Fantastic spot

11 out of 10 stars! The house looked just like the photos and the pool was perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time by the lake paddle boarding and fishing. We actually ended up cancelling a day at universal so we could save some money and relax here. Would definitely recommend this house, the host was very communicative and responded to use very fast. There was a lot of things this house has that makes it feel nice and homey. We will plan on coming back next year for sure.

Family Trip

The property had adequate space for the 7 people in my family and my little ones enjoyed the pool. My parents were upset about the ants getting into their food on the counter and constant spider webs. The air conditioner had been pre-set to go back to 78 degrees at certain times during the day and night so we had to keep adjusting it which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, the location was good and the owner (Austin) was friendly and accessible.

Beautiful

This property is amazing and you can tell the personal touches the owners have done when decorating the house. The owner is pretty responsive and happy to help with anything. The pool was cleaned several times due to getting a lot of rain and was spotless each time it was cleaned. The only thing my family wished that the house included would've been cable TV but I understand why it is not. No big deal. My family loved this place and we will happily book the same house our next vacation.

Not as clean as in photos

Pool area wasn’t ready for guest it was not cleaned. We attempted to clean the pool for over an hour and a half but there was so many bugs and leaves that it was useless. One of us staying actually jumped in and immediately had to shower after because there was so much stuff stuck on him.. the hot tub is different than Pictured. the inside is okay it is not as big as the pictures show. There was half used shampoo and body wash bottles in both of bathrooms. There is no foosball table like in the pictures so it’s just like an empty room there with nothing in it. The AC doesn’t turn down past 71 he controls it. Kitchen is a good size and master bedroom is a decent size as well. If the pool area was cleaned this property would be worth the price but with how the pool area was we didn’t even stay 1 night we left and went to a resort for a way cheaper price. I wouldn’t waste your money staying here. i Understand there is a lot of bugs in Florida but the pool area was literally infested with spiders surrounding area on the walls of the pool area.

Hey Michael, sorry you had a bad experience. The foosball table was in the garage when you arrived, it's very easy to move inside. This time of year there are heavy rains that can cause the pool to get more dirty than normal. For that reason the pool guy is always just a phone call away to come clean it. I wish I would have known these issues ahead of time, I would have gladly corrected them for you.

Not an entire home. Not clean. Nothing worked.

This property is listed as "Entire Home," but the upstairs is a separate rental unit with shared backyard access. The "Harry Potter" themed room is only accessible from the backyard, making it unsafe for our children to sleep there.The hot tub, over 20 years old, was non-functional upon arrival. While a maintenance person fixed it to heat, the jets didn't work, and the cold plunge and sauna were also inoperative. The garage/arcade amenities were outdated and dirty.Cleanliness was a major issue: the washer and dryer were rusty and missing knobs, and the top of the fridge was incredibly unclean. The office chair in a room was so deteriorated there were black shavings from it literally all over the floor. We found long black hair in the shower and oil stains on the master bed’s headboard. A previous guest's dance certificate was under the coffee table, and a broken chair was outside.The pool’s screen enclosure had multiple holes, and the washer discharges directly in front of the Harry Potter room entrance. Overall, the experience was horribly misleading based on the listing photos. The thing that sticks out the most is all of these issues besides the hot tub are just a lack of attention. At most it would take a few hundred dollars to fix/replace everything that was terrible, but instead there were signs and other things just trying to make you feel guilty if you leave a bad review. This property should not be listed on VRBO until at least the cleanliness issue is handled.

Kurze Entfernung zu Universals

***** Lage: Klasse gelegen für Besuch der Universal Studios. Haus auch sehr ruhig gelegen. ***** Vermieter Austin: Sehr freundlich. **** Haus: Bilder und Beschreibung des Hauses (innen) stimmen. Bad wurde schön renoviert. Unsere Ansprüche an Sauberkeit hat es nicht ganz entsprochen. Geschirr und Besteck sehr knapp. ** Pool war zu nutzen, aber das Erscheinungsbild war nicht gut. Um den Pool herum wurde länger nicht gereinigt. Hier müsste mal einiges gemacht werden. Wasserqualität könnte auch verbessert werden. Ggf auch anderen Poolfilter zur Reinigung anschaffen. Langer Schlauch im Becken stört. ** Waschmaschine/Trockner: Schalter sollten erneuert werden. Tipp: Mietern könnten Kajaks zur Nutzung angeboten werden um auf dem See zu fahren. War bei unserem Haus in Cape Coral klasse. Fazit: Als Basis zur Besichtigung der Universal Studios gut. Haus hat großes Potential. Investitionen aber erforderlich.

Very clean, Nice pool! If you're expecting to fish from the bank, good luck, not any fish in that very shallow water. Stayed 7 days and Used live bait and artificial and no luck, just minnows. Only thing that was kind of weird was you had to be cautious where you parked because the owners stayed upstairs in a separate section of the house which was a bit awkward for privacy, but they did stay to themselves and allowed us to enjoy our trip(but just a heads up, just be expecting the owners to stay upstairs.) Other than that, great communication, very clean, also nice & quiet neighborhood!

Too uncomfortable to stay.

We moved out after one night. One shower did not work, microwave blew a fuse-twice, no pool steps, no diving board. Gross hot tub, dirty laundry in garage, no dresser in master BR, AC Regulated 72plus, could not sleep, broken BR window, taped with black tape, bugs inside, Adults could not sleep - due to heat and beds. Tear in screen over pool, 4th BR dirty and smelly in out building. I have many pictures. Asked owner for refund. Said only in relented. , no further reply. Deserve at least 50 percent refund. Please advise.

Some things in this review are true, some are not true. With a vacation rental, things happen outside of our control. Wc can only control how quickly we respond when incidents arise. In this case, we immediately responded to Dougs concerns and offered to remedy the situation. The previous guest had broken the window, so we offered to expedite the repair for the next day. The pool has steps and a ladder you can add or remove. The shower worked, but it had low water pressure on the first evening and was resolved by the next day. We did remove the diving board for insurance reasons. The ac is set to be eco friendly so it doesn't freeze the unit out, but we lower it if a guest requests and in this case no one requested it. We do keep rags in the laundry room but not dirty laundry. We encourage everyone to read all of our other 5 star reviews before booking.

My husband came down for a Jimmy Buffett concert at the Amway center. This home is in a convenient location. It is very close to Disney parks, Disney Springs, Universal and the concert venue. Also a short drive to the airport

Pretty view outside. Nice clean property. Centrally close to airport, Disney, Sea World, &Universal. Fast and easy communication with property owner. Nice neighbors upstairs.

Perfect in Every Way

We couldn’t have had a better stay! The open layout of the house and plentiful seating made for a wonderful weekend with friends. Everything was exactly as listed! I would love to stay with this host or at this property again!

Great family vacation home!

We rented this house for our family vacation to visit our granddaughter for her 4th birthday. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay. The home is cozy, comfortable, and furnished with everything you could need. We felt so relaxed and at home whether we were grilling and chilling out by the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, playing games or watching a late night movie in the comfy living room. Our hosts we're graciously accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Gentleman’s Weekend!

What can I say about the property. Well to start owner of property Mr. Hair was absolutely amazing as a owner/operator. Anything we needed he was attentive and fast with responsive action. We had a small incident with the door handle on the front door, he answered a text within minutes and someone was there to fix it while we were out. In a matter of 2-3 hours of us being out it was fixed and received a text telling us it was done. Absolutely amazing. Property was easy to access, pool is great and view of lake is nice. Very quiet neighborhood with minimal to no traffic. Will definitely recommend and keep as a favorite listing for future vacations. I will say this though about this property if you plan to not have your own transportation (rental or your own) I suggest you rent a car. As much as we explored and went out the Uber/taxi fees did rack up.
