These items are intended for your first day, so we recommend stopping by a nearby grocery store for
additional supplies.

Housekeeping
Your vacation home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival.
There is no daily housekeeping service during your stay.
Optional mid-stay cleaning is available:
Homes up to 5 bedrooms: $150
Homes with 6+ bedrooms: $200
Stays of 31 nights or more require a mandatory additional cleaning and laundry service; this cost is not included in the booking and must be paid separately.

Rental Agreement
A rental agreement must be electronically signed before check-in.
Package Deliveries
Guests may receive deliveries during their stay using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Some communities charge
handling fees or hold packages at the clubhouse.
MR Florida Vacation is not responsible for lost or returned deliveries.
