- Street parking is not allowed. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
- Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house

Important Pool Info
- Pool heating must be requested in advance via shared link. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund
- Heated to 87°F, temp may vary based on weather
- Weekly service included; misuse (low water, foreign substances) incurs fee
