Welcome to the Good Day Stay! Our brand new furnished 3bd 2ba home is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Located in North Las Vegas, this home is in a great spot to unwind in a quiet and comfortable area, while still being 20 minutes from the lively Strip and Fremont Street.

Our home was thoughtfully designed and professionally staged to create a comfortable, well-stocked stay for our guests. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard featuring a sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub - perfect for cooling off and unwinding during the hot summer!

There will be contactless self-check in upon arrival and you will have private access to the entire property.

Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality stay for all of our guests. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules:

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven,
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Pets
-No glass in the pool

*Please note pool maintenance is every Monday at 8am.
*$65/day pool/spa heating fee. Please let us know 24 hours prior to your stay if you'd like it on.
