Escape to the quiet beauty of the Ozarks at Take It Easy Resort in Gamaliel, Arkansas — a peaceful lakeside retreat offering the flexibility to book one cottage or multiple cottages, perfect for family vacations, fishing trips, lake getaways, reunions, and group retreats.

Nestled among the trees with beautiful lake views and easy walk-to-water access, our resort features seven cozy cottages that combine comfort, privacy, and the laid-back charm of lake life. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch at sunrise or winding down after a day on the water, you’ll quickly understand why guests return year after year.

Cottages # 3 and # 4 are two separate units under one roof (duplex). Each unit consists of one large area with a fully remodeled and equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cottage 3 has a queen bed, and Cottage #4 has two XL twins. Twin pullout or mattress is available upon request. Both units have large screened porches which are connected by a door, and can be shared if so desired.
