Located in the gated Sugar Hill Tennis community, Half Century House is a classic five-bedroom villa on Barbados' west coast. It's a quiet, spacious property just minutes from Holetown, with access to the community's tennis courts, gym, clubhouse, and onsite restaurant.

From the moment you arrive, there's a sense of ease, space to unwind and time to settle in. Three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located upstairs in the main house, leaving the living and entertaining areas open and breezy on the ground floor.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the sea view before the day begins. The second and third bedrooms are just down the hall, one with a king bed and its own terrace, and the other with twin beds that can be made into a king, ideal for children or friends sharing a room.

Two additional bedrooms are located in the upper level of the villa's guest cottage by the pool. Both have private entrances, en suite bathrooms, and their own small living areas, ideal for guests looking for a bit more privacy during their stay.

The ground floor of the main house includes a large open lounge that leads onto an expansive terrace. The dining area and kitchen sit just behind, keeping everything social and connected.
