Close to the Appalachian Trail and Sterling Forest State Park.

The Space
Designed for easy group living, the home features a bright, open layout where the kitchen, living area, and game room all flow together on one level—creating one large, social space for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together.

The fully equipped kitchen is centered around a spacious island, perfect for group meals, morning coffee, or gathering after a day on the lake. Just off the main living area, you’ll have direct access to the deck and outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

With multiple areas to spread out, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups while still feeling connected throughout.
