Wish I could give this home 10 stars! Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The location was perfect — so much to see and do nearby. Incredibly dog-friendly and people-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, Jaimie, was absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was such a great find! Price was right and they allowed our two dogs. Everything was so updated and the bathroom was super nice. The cafe next door was so convenient for coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend Four brothers pizza across the street. Such a cute out door area and friendly service. Dog park in walking distance and a friendly neighborhood. No complaints at all!

Stayed from 9/7-10/2025. Rental was exactly as advertised and a little over 1 hr. from NYC. Little restaurants in town were within walking distance as well as, a small beach. CLEAN property and well equipped! Also, nearby is an indoor car race track place that seemed like a fun place for an evening for adults and/or children. Owner was very kind & welcoming. Would love to return during the summer!

Fun getaway with boyfriend!

My boyfriend and I had planned a snowboarding trip, but didn’t want to pay exorbitant fees to get lodging on the resort. I found Lucas’ place on VRBO and thought it looked cozy for a reasonable price, while not being too far from our snowboarding spot. It was all that and more!

Beautiful apartment

We had a lovely one week stay in this lovely comfortable apartment with all that one could need. The owners were very good responding and accommodating. The village is lovely and the people are friendly. So beautiful down at the lake. The apartment is downstairs and although the upstairs neighbours were very nice you could hear walking about and doors shutting. Also the noise of the large fridges through the wall in the cafe kept us awake. We have been assured that sound proofing will be going in for that. Don't be fooled by the photos that say property grounds. Although the lake is only a 10 minute walk away, the property itself doesn't have any views. This shouldn't affect your lovely stay as long as you are aware of this.

Cute Community

Stayed here to do some hiking and see the lake. Absolutely adorable dog bed there for my guy. He’s 10.5 so that was a blessing I did not think so bring myself. Also dog park right down the street! Quiet, next to coffee shop (HUGE BONUS) and super clean and cute ❤️

The apartment is located in Greenwood Lake Village in a building with an eatery. In a three block area, you can walk to bakeries, shops, eateries, taverns, and coffee shops. There is a yoga studio next door, a massage therapist across the street, and a dog park just a block away.

Guests have a reserved parking spot if driving. The NJ Transit stop is a block away and since all of Greenwood Lake is walkable, you don't need a car. The bus goes to downtown Warwick with dozens of shops and eateries. There is also a taxi service that covers the entire Warwick Valley area.
