The Space:

Perched above the Fish Hoek Valley, Peak Living is a three-bedroom home that earns its name. The views stretch across the valley from every main living space and bedroom, and the north-facing orientation means the sun follows you through the day: even deep into winter.



The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the house. African-inspired art and décor give it real character. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker.



A gas fireplace anchors the lounge for cooler evenings, while the large dining table seats eight comfortably, making it ideal for families or a group of friends.



The kitchen is well equipped for proper cooking, and when the mood calls for it, the Big Green Egg bbq on the deck is ready to go.



The infinity pool sits at the edge of the deck, with the valley laid out below: it's the kind of spot you'll find it hard to leave.



Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the layout works well for 3 couples sharing or a family. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and its own queen bed; the second queen room and twin room share a well-appointed bathroom. Both bathrooms have bath & shower facilities. There is a guest toilet situated downstairs.



Inside, the home is fully set up for a comfortable stay: streaming for downtime, fast WiFi, and off-street parking for two vehicles. Winter is welcomed here with a gas fireplace and plenty of games and puzzles to keep the family engaged.



Fish Hoek beach is a short drive away, with Kalk Bay, Simon's Town and the Cape Point reserve all within easy reach.

We know admin is nobody's favourite thing, so we have kept it as simple as possible. Before arrival you will receive a link to our Guest App where you will be asked to upload your ID or passport, verify with a quick selfie, and sign our terms and conditions. It takes just a few minutes and all information is stored in compliance with POPIA. Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate it!



🌙 House Rules

This is a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by nature. Please respect the community by keeping noise down:

-Quiet after 11pm (weekends) / 9pm (weeknights)

-No parties or loud gatherings



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the house. There is a tenant living in an apartment above the driveway of the property - once you are in the house, you will not see the apartment. They cannot see you.



Other Things to Note:

- There is an apartment above the driveway which has a tenant: they have no access to the house.



- there is a 5 a side soccer team that plays down in the valley but they do have spotlights on their field which you will see at night. All bedrooms have block out curtains.

Pool only has a bubble cover on: not hard cover. There is also a edge on the deck that is unsafe for children.
