Air conditioning: is provided via portable units, typically installed from mid-May through mid-September, depending on weather conditions.



Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the rec room, movie theatre, and balcony. For your convenience, entry is contactless via a smart lock with a unique door code provided 24 hours before your arrival.



We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.
