Diese in Nord-Illinois einzigartige Villa im spanischen Stil verfügt über fünf Innenhöfe, einen Pavillon für die perfekte kleine Hochzeit und eine Kapazität von 8 Personen zum Schlafen. Eine trockene Cantina aus dem Jahr 1886 mit Funk im Freien ist nur eine der vielen Überraschungen, die Sie bei jedem Blick auf etwas Unerwartetes erleben werden. Dieses Anwesen ist mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet und bietet einen Gaskamin, eine Bar & Coffee Bar, einen Spieltisch, zwei Fernseher, die in schönen Schränken versteckt sind, viele Sitzbereiche und einen möblierten Balkon auf der oberen Ebene, der über eine Decke von 12 Fuß verfügt. Eine große begehbare Dusche in der oberen Etage und eine Jet-Badewanne im unteren Badezimmer bieten jede gewünschte Selbstpflege.

A unique home in a quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities and eclectic decor. There are multiple areas for outdoor entertainment, and a marvelous hot tub. Enchanting lighting adorned the trees and plants. The largest indoor gathering area is the dining room with cozy seating for 6 at the table or in the lower level (basement) game room. There is only seating for 3 in the living room around the fireplace and TV armoire.Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed, as was the kitchen. Spices, coffees, and all cleaning and paper products were abundantly provided. Workspace for meal prep is a tad limited by the decor, which is also abundant. Parking is off street and can be gated. This property is a great value for the price! Would stay there again for sure!

This place was amazing. Definitely the most interesting place I have ever stayed! The decor was eclectic and fun, the beds were super comfortable, very clean and inviting! We arrived and they had the fireplace going for us! Such a nice touch. Sadly, I was there for my father’s funeral but this vrbo was so welcoming, we all felt at peace. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sedona house in Rockford! The home was beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made the whole process stress-free.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future! We had a fantastic stay! Eight of us stayed at the house for the weekend and we had additional guests over one day to celebrate grandmas 88th birthday! The kids loved the arcade games and popcorn machine and the adults made use of the numerous patio spaces outdoors.

This was a perfect stay for our multi family stay. There are so many areas throughout the house that make this place unique. There’s also many different nooks that, if you just want your own peace and quiet, “away from family and friends”, you can escape too, The lower level bedroom has its own private full-size bathroom. Only thing I have already recommended is to have a small area in the lower level bedroom to hang your clothes in…otherwise the place was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again!

Incredible week!

We stayed here for a week leading up to our wedding, with the wedding taking place here as well. The wedding party was able to stay with us the whole week and we had a wonderful time. In fact, we’re already planning on coming back next year to celebrate our anniversary!The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a minor maintenance issue on the first day of our stay, and someone was sent over quickly to fix the issue, which took less than half an hour. We definitely recommend this place!

Decided to do my 22nd birthday party at this unique place! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the same in person but the in person are more amazing. Me, my family, and friends got to explore everything it has and we thought it was very cool! We all had so much fun being there and it was definitely worth it! The Sedona house is a vibe!

My mom and I spent Mother’s Day here and had a wonderful time! This property is super unique and literally feels like another world! Super clean and everything you could need to feel right at home! Exactly As Promised

Everything about Sedona House is exactly as promised and more. The minute you walk in you feel at home. And anything you think that you need has already been provided for you (seriously, I forgot hair spray and as I looked on the bathroom mirror, a can of hairspray was in the reflection behind me!). My husband Charlie and I have four children, and two grandchildren. Aside from my family, I love creativity and beauty! Working with my team on this property and creating this sanctuary in the city has been one of my most rewarding journeys to date. I am a retired DCFS master trainer. Prior to that, my sculptures were to be found in many of the local stores and businesses including the lobbies of the Old Clock Tower resort. It has been my good fortune to have traveled extensively here and abroad over the years. This Spanish style home is reminiscent of what I have seen with pargeted embellishments and walls that could tell many tales. My vision is to see this, 'The Sedona of Rockford' as a Beacon of Light that inspires us all!
