The living room also has a new sleep sofa (as of 2026) so you can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy central air conditioning, free highspeed/wireless internet and a washer and stackable washer/dryer in the condo. You'll receive one assigned parking space, although there is generally free street parking nearby as well. This condo is located on the first floor, although there are a few steps you have to go up to get to the front door. Bahama Princess is a short walk to Minit Market grocery store and there's even a place to rent jet skis or a charter fishing boat trip right beside the building! PERFECT LOCATION for a family - you can walk to Jolly Roger for the kids (young and adult kids) and you're also a short walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You're just off the beaten path enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, but you're also a short walk to all the action. *Please note that you cannot park a boat or jet ski trailer in the parking lot, you will have to park the trailer elsewhere. Ocean City also does not allow trailer parking on the street during summer months. *

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

***Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $102.85 A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
