- Main-floor queen bedroom with easy access-Loft 1: queen mattress, cozy and private-Loft 2: two twin XL mattresses, ideal for kids or extra guests

- Full bathroom with fresh towels and essentials (hot water requires ~1 hr to heat up)-Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and dining basics. Bright living room with sofa, large windows, and a smart TV. Heating & A/C for comfort in all seasons



Outdoors & Location

- Covered porch for morning coffee or evening downtime-Clear night skies with unforgettable stargazing-Conveniently off Highway 120—easy access to Yosemite and surrounding trails (note: some road noise is possible)
