Located in the vibrant heart of Oaxaca City, this 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers a rare combination: local craftsmanship, full modern comfort, and unmatched location.

Each space is a curated tribute to the region’s heritage: barro sculptures, handwoven rugs, and custom-made furniture from surrounding villages. These aren’t just decorations — they’re stories. And they make your stay not only beautiful, but meaningful.

Despite being in the center, the house is surprisingly quiet at night — a calm contrast to the energy of the city just outside the door.

For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually stay.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to all the property.



Other Things to Note:

In rainy season outdoor furniture will be stored but you can easily put it out.

Please help us taking it away everyday of the year, a fine of $2,000 MXN will be charged for professional washing if it gets wet or dirty.



Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



Please remember to turn of the AC when it's not in use.



Please take care of water. Oaxaca has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will send a water pipe but we are subject to company schedule availability.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat.

Please note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be charged for. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you are free to use for makeup removal or for products that may stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
