As you enter, you’re welcomed into a bright main living area that flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully updated kitchen, perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together. Just beyond, a second living room offers a more relaxed setting with a comfortable couch and TV, creating the ideal space for movie nights or winding down after a full day out.



The indoor living space opens directly to a spacious backyard designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy outdoor dining on warm San Diego evenings, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the firepit for drinks and conversation. A brand-new dry sauna adds a unique wellness element, creating a true at-home retreat.



The home offers four well-appointed bedrooms with a flexible layout for groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed and connects to an additional room through a barn door, where you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for families or extra guests. These rooms share a full bathroom. Another bedroom includes a king bed and opens to a sunroom equipped with yoga mats and light weights, perfect for stretching or a quiet workout. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, and these rooms share a second full bathroom.



Additional amenities include a garage with washer and dryer, a dedicated office space for remote work, driveway parking, and ample street parking.
