This half-basement apartment, which is bright thanks to its large window, offers a cozy and well-appointed space that can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people.

You’ll enjoy a practical kitchen area equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop and a mini-oven, ideal for simple meals. Please note that this is not a full kitchen suitable for extensive cooking.

A full bathroom with a shower rounds out the space for your comfort.



In terms of location, you’ll be close to everything that makes Quebec City so charming. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and must-see attractions are all within easy reach.
