You’ll have the entire 3-story, 3BR/2.5BA home (~1600 sqft), comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds (can be placed side-by-side if preferred), and a queen sofa bed.

Perfect for both relaxed getaways and remote work stays, the home features a fireplace, mountain views, fast fiber optic WiFi, and premium workstations. Enjoy 2 projector setups for movie nights, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 separate decks, 2 propane grills, and a backyard hammock for slow afternoons.

Top floor (street level): Living room with fireplace, kitchen, main deck, half bath, projector setup
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (both with workstations and deck access; projector in larger bedroom), full bath, laundry
Lower level (guest suite): Queen bed, sofa bed, full bath, kitchenette, private deck and grill, separate entrance from driveway

The guest suite is included in full-home bookings and will not be occupied by other guests, so you have complete privacy.

Guests have full access to the entire three-story home, including all bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, decks, and backyard.

The second-floor bedrooms feature high-end ergonomic workstations with electric sit/stand desks, task lighting, and a Herman Miller Aeron chair that can be moved anywhere in the house. The living room and larger bedroom both include projector setups.

The driveway stairs leading to the lower level are safe and available for use.

Parking is limited to the driveway (1–2 cars depending on size). Street parking is not permitted by the county and is at your own risk
No large parties or events. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests per county regulations
Quiet hours are 10pm–7am to respect neighbors
Trash must be sealed tightly in bins to prevent wildlife access
