GUEST ACCESS
This listing is for the entire cabin and property and no other guest will be on the property during your stay.
The property is located near the Southwest shore of Lake Arrowhead and walking distance to the village of Blue Jay and is easily accessible via level entry with only a threshold leading into the front door. The property has 2 parking spaces.
The property has a fenced yard. The yard does not have a door directly into the house.
Lake Arrowhead is a PRIVATE lake and is subject to the owner and Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) to grant lake and trail access to short term renters. Please inquire about how to access the lake and trails. Their are fees associated with this access and placing a booking does not guarantee lake access.

1st Floor- 3 Bedrooms / Bathroom
Bedroom #1 ---> 1 King Bed
Bedrooms #2 ---> 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom #3 ---> 2 Bunks (containing 4 Twin Beds)
2nd Floor - Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Area / Deck / Bedroom / Half Bathroom
Bedroom #4 ---> 1 Queen Bed
3rd Floor - Loft / Sitting Area with Pull-out Bed / Bathroom
Pull-Out Couch ---> 1 Full Bed (setup upon request only)
Please note the loft will let in natural light as the loft looks down at the family room and A-Frame glass window. There are no curtains in the loft.
PARKING:
Three (3) tandem parking stalls are available for guest use. Guests are not allowed to park on the access road or neighborhoods.
PETS:
Pre-screened Dogs are welcomed for an additional fee of $125 and the host's approval prior to the start of your booking. Two (2) Dogs max. They must be house trained, stay off the furniture and bedding and never left unattended in the A-Frame unless crated. It is at the owner's discretion to deny hosting dog(s) and determining if the dog is a good fit for the property. Only dogs are allowed, no other pets are welcome.
PRICING:
Please make sure your entire party including infants are registered in your booking regardless of the duration of the guest's stay. After 6 guests, additional guest fees will apply. 10 guests max per booking.
DAY GUESTS:
Host's Pre-approval is required for Day Guests use of the property. A Day Guests fee of $50 will be applied and arrangements made with the host. There shall never be more than 10 guests on the property regardless if they are overnight or day guests. Day Guest's hours are 10am to 9pm.
SNOW CONDITIONS:
The access road is steep in some sections. 4WD or chains may be required to access the house when snow/ice is present.

There are 2 sets of staircases in the A-Frame cabin.
Wildlife is everywhere. There is always a possibility to encounter dangerous animals such as bear, bat, snake and wolf. Food should not be left outside or in your vehicle.
The fireplace is natural gas with faux logs. Please do not burn wood in the fireplace.
A propane BBQ is available and located on the deck.
A propane firepit is also provided. 1 propane tank included per booking.
Please note that we have exterior security cameras at all driveways and entrances.
