This place is beautiful, comfy and had everything we needed!! I really liked that they provided: towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, toiletries, paper towels etc. Would most definitely stay here again!

The home was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. We were in town for a wedding at Signatures at Bayside golf club. It was not walkable to the event but still such a convenient location as it was less than a 5 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this home for a longer stay

Perfect Vacation Home

This lovely townhouse is perfect in every way. It is immaculate, nicely decorated, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The screened porch faces the woods and provides a pretty setting. Bicycles, beach chairs, and family games are in the garage for guests to use. I highly recommend this home.

Had a great time in Selbyville condo

We were three couples, this condo was perfect for our four night stay in July 2023. The AC was effective (we caught 90 degree days for our stay, so thank goodness for this), the property was clean, the condo was well equipped with kitchen stuff, the property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond to my inquiries, and the condo itself was exactly as advertised. We had a great time!

Very nice new home

This home is spacious with some nice extra benefits. Connect 4 and Pop-a-shot in the garage, along with available beach chairs, bicycles and a cooler if you don't bring your own. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have very comfortable beds, and the kitchen is nicely appointed. A good place to stay that will only be better once construction going on around it is completed.

When arrived the washer was broken and had a Vacasa note saying don’t use. It would of been nice if we were given notice before arriving. It staying broken the entire trip till last day!

Nice place

Great layout with a large upstairs area the kids really enjoyed using for tv and gaming. Constructive commentary: the cupboards were completely bare of any cooking items like oils and spices, which we have had in past rentals in this price range. The cookware was just okay. Need a few more sets of cutlery for a larger group. No liners in the kitchen cabinets. Some people may not cook much on vacation but we do. Besides those items it was spacious and a very nice base for us while visiting the beach. We think Bayside is awesome!

Bayside delight

FYI, I had to fix the broken garbage disposal, and the refrigerator shelf.The cleanliness could have been a bit better. There was a snake in the screen in porch,other than that, I will be definitely coming back

Lovely home

We rented this home for a family wedding weekend. It was spacious for 6 adults. Very well equipped with all the appliances you need. Great location since reception was in community. It would be easier if there was a lockbox with code vs having to stop to pick up and drop off keys at office especially if going in a different direction home. Also remember to bring paper towels, napkins and toilet paper as they do not stock that for you. Did not utilize the amenities. Very beautiful community
