Guests have full access to the entire Condo, except for one owner's closet which will remain locked. Enjoy the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and large backyard during your stay. DOOR CODE will be given to allow access.

Guest also have access to community pools, barbeque, spa, hot tub, and club house.

FOBS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW ACCESS.

🚌 Valley Metro Bus
Operated by Valley Metro, this is the main public transit system. Routes run through Scottsdale and connect to nearby cities like Phoenix and Tempe. It’s affordable, but not always the fastest option.

🚎 Scottsdale Trolley (Free)
The city runs its own free trolley system with routes through Old Town and key areas. It’s a great option for getting around locally, especially for dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

🚊 Light Rail (Nearby)
While Scottsdale doesn’t have its own rail line, the Valley Metro Rail runs through Phoenix and Tempe. You can connect to it via bus or short rideshare.

🚗 Rideshare & Car Rentals
Services like Uber and Lyft are widely used and often the most convenient way to get around Scottsdale.

CHAPARRAL CONDO ADDITIONAL NOTES & HOUSE RULES

All renters are required to complete our Rental Agreement and screening prior to confirmation of the lease. This includes a credit check with a minimum score of 680 and a valid government ID submitted securely. These requirements are necessary to confirm your lease in Scottsdale.

-A 30-day minimum stay is required.
- 3 entry fobs included-$100 fee if lost- must notify management company immediately
- 2 guest parking passes -$100 fee if lost
- We require Renters Insurance- Can be purchased through Lease & payment company
- Must Adhere to HOA rules- will be provided in lease
- Any Tickets or fines will be guest responsibility to pay direct or from deposit

The deposit can be up to $1000, and will be required at lease signing or at least one week before arrival. The deposit will be requested Directly through invoice and is fully refundable. Our policy is to return the deposit within 3-5 days of a stay checkout. The deposit will be returned in full if the house is left as found.

ADDITIONAL RULES
• Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs aged & must be physically staying at property unless exempted. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. No parties or unauthorized events unless approved & paid.
• Pets: must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival; fees must be paid before check-in. Service Animals are welcome as per ADA guidelines.
• All Guests are responsible for adhering to HOA Rules as provided in lease; fines will be deducted from primary guest deposit if violated.
• A fee up to 4% will be held to cover admin and credit card fees if reservation is cancelled or changed.
• Parking limited to 3 vehicles - one designated spot & 2 passes
• Guests will be provided with 2 parking passes, 3 fobs, 1 keycard. Any lost item will result in a $100 replacement per list item.
• Pets are allowed upon approval and there will be an additional long term fee of $500
