This listing goes beyond as described!! The home was clean neat in a nice safe neighborhood. Communication was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone who's considering to stay here to book and we would love to return again!!!

Lovely neighborhood within 10 minute drive of the Mayo Clinic. Check-in process was easy and management was responsive. The pool was good and so was the outdoor grill. Property is not as nice as the photos. We couldn’t use the dishwaher because it leaked under the plank flooring; management offered to repair, but it would been too disruptive. All of the patio furniture was worn & stained, kitchen items such as pots/pans burned and old, no extra blankets, saggy couches.

We had a great stay at this property, the location was ideal the property was clean and the layout/rooms were exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and property manager was accommodating.

Great time, good location, would stay again

Stayed for a family function in town. House was spacious and comfortable. Pool was lovely and had a nice handrail. Great water pressure and temp for showers. Bart was great with communicating and assisting. It is a process to do extra documentation and emails outside of the system. Also, not sure if it’s in the listing or one of the communications via email but the house is not stocked with any food items. Plenty of cooking utensils though.

Fun for families!

We had a great time in this family-friendly property. The layout allowed multiple generations private space with plenty of room to gather as a family for meals and fun. The backyard was beautifully equipped for fun, and the house was located in a very quiet neighborhood conveniently located near the area’s best attractions.

Amazing house! Best backyard ever!

My family is exhausted with how much fun we had. Diving board and backyard games were so much fun for my young adult kids. So much room in house, beds were so comfortable and the decor was beautiful!

Thank you for a great house! The pool was a lot of fun
.but the hot tub was what got us through the colder days—was so fun to have. The back yard was the perfect place for kids—a great area! I liked the big window in the kitchen overlooking the backyard. We had a REALLY good time with our family at this place!

Pictures don't give it justice. We loved it all, the inside and outside. If you want a clean, relaxing space this property is it. The backyard made us feel like we had our own private Oasis.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of kitchen supplies, comfortable beds and couches. Pool and home were very clean. Plenty of space and a large eating area. Neighborhood felt safer than nearby neighborhoods I have stayed in before. Only negative was that many of the light fixtures and outlets need a little time to warm up making you think they don’t work at first. But once they were warmed up they worked without delay the rest of the stay.

I hope our experience was a one-off

Our family of 5 spends every spring break in Scottsdale. We liked this house because it checks all the boxes: heated pool, lots of outdoor seating & space, enough comfy beds for everyone. The diving board was great for our big kids, and the lounge chairs around the pool were some of the best, most comfortable we've used. This particular rental company sends out multiple emails (too many in my opinion) reiterating instructions prior to arrival, but each iteration has slightly more information, and it got laborious to manage. I was grateful that the owner messaged the day before arrival asking if we wanted pool heat, as I had not paid for it yet. He took pool heat payment at that time, but among other things, the pool heat was a key issue we encountered during our week-long stay. During our stay, there were 3 main things we notified the management company about - their number is given as the first point of contact for any questions, and also the owner's number for immediate concerns. These were things that we assumed the owner would want to know about the property. The lack of responsiveness from either point of contact was our main concern with this rental. We finally reached someone halfway thru our week, and long story short, finally got pool heat on our last day. After our stay, the owner agreed to refund for pool heat, yet it has been a month and a couple follow-up messages, and no credit has been issued.

Not as advertised!

I rented this house due to the great reviews and 5 star ratings, but this house did not meet my expectations and is not as advertised. I would never stay here again. It was one of the worst houses I’ve rented. I was traveling with my teen daughters and as women we didn’t feel safe or comfortable in this house. Luckily we were gone most of the day. This house is advertised as newly remolded and I was expecting a brand new house inside. It’s nicely decorated but things are warn, dirty and broken and showing its wear. The pictures look better than it does in person. The backyard looks nothing like it does in the pictures. It was dirty We contacted the host to let them know our issues and they offered to bring supplies but they never showed up. They didn’t care! Also one evening someone was shining a light into the front bedroom window. Later we find out the window didn’t lock. We were not able to find anything to secure the window from being opened. We didn’t feel safe sleeping in the bedroom at night. Here’s a list of some of things that were broken and dirty: - Video game doesn’t work - Back bedroom fan and light will not turn on - Pool was dirty and turned green after 3 days - No kitchen dish cloths and only 3 washcloths. Need more towels! I had to go out and purchase my own. - Dead bugs in corners -Dishwasher doesn’t work and was leaking through the floor -Dirty dishes in cupboards -Fridge wasn’t cold and working when we arrived. -Master shower doesn’t drain

Beautiful Home and Property

The pictures are very accurate. The house is very nice and the backyard fantastic. Plenty of outdoor seating and the heated pool was great. We did have a couple issues, but they were addressed right away. We did enjoy walking the 1/2 mile (all sidewalk) to Starbucks each morning and The Sicilian Butcher restaurant is only a 3-minute drive away and is fantastic. Great hiking is close by as well. So the location is great and also only a 20 minute drive from the airport.
