One bedroom upstairs private apt in Oakland

Located in the Bushrod neighborhood of Oakland, this nicely decorated one bedroom/one bathroom apartment has everything you need for a quiet stay. Comfortable for two adults with one child. There is a single sofa bed in the living room (not large enough for an adult).

The apartment is the top floor unit in a two unit building. Must be able to climb stairs.

This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment has
a full kitchen with everything needed for a full meal or just a cup of coffee.

Spacious dining area with room enough to work or enjoy a meal.

The living area has a television with a Smart TV with Roku. Guests can log in with their own logins to watch what they like.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and has a single sink.

A child can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. It`s a small size sofa bed, not large enough for an adult. Pack n play is available to rent for $50.

Street parking only, the driveway is for the other tenant in the building. Do not park in the driveway.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules. We truly appreciate your understanding—this added step helps protect our home, especially after a few past experiences with guests that resulted in lost time and unexpected costs.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. No spaces are shared.

It is centrally located, very diverse community and proximity to restaurants and bars.

Guest have access to the entire upstairs apartment. There is a tenant occupying the lower apartment. No spaces are shared.

I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies.

Located just off of Telegraph Ave. There are restaurants on Telegraph and just east is College Ave where there is a Safeway, Trader Joe`s, several restaurants, bars and shopping.

The Rockridge Bart Station is less than one mile if you need to get around the city and/or go into San Francisco. There is bus line that runs on Telegraph Ave. if using public transportation.

Must be able to climb stairs.
-No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
-Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am
-No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
-Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
-Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
-Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.

- All bookings require a lease to be signed
