Up the steep stairs, you enter your 800+ sq ft private, light-filled UPPER flat with high ceilings and the comforts of home. This 2BR/1BA flat has rustic modern decor, high ceilings, oak floors & the comforts of home. (Host lives in the unit below.)
AMENITIES: Fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee, Netflix, Max, laundry, bath/shower, cotton towels & sheets. Unlimited parking.
The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed, plus 1 narrow bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a dining room, full kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Sheets and towels are 100% cotton. Most soaps are natural. Shampoo and lots of amenities provided.
A vintage fold-out desk and various areas set up with power strips make working remote easy.

Rockridge is a rare neighborhood where you can walk both to all the great food shops, restaurants, hardware store, Trader Joe's and BART on College as well as to Temescal where there's a Whole Foods, lots of great restaurants. We are right in the middle of it all - yet it can be so quiet at night you wonder if you are in the countryside (although there aren't crickets!) It is such a special and rare place to combine urban living in a friendly neighborhood.

Location, location + comfort. For those who love vintage architecture with high ceilings, wood floors, old-time quirks, and amenities for comfortable living...and especially lots of light...my flat is for you. Guests often walk to one of several local cafes for pastries and coffee in the morning as well as provisions from Market Hall for snacks and meals.
