In the winter, this course transforms into groomed, cross-country trails, so don't forget your skis! This property is also conveniently close to several other attractions including the community's beach access, complimentary tennis and pickleball courts, the Village at the Homestead for shopping and dining, the Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum, and the Robert H. Manning Memorial Lighthouse, all within a few miles of your door. Back home, whip up your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, meet up for meals at the enormous table - perfect for rainy day board games - and then watch TV in the main living area with its plush sectional, soaring ceiling, and skylights. A furnished, all-season sunroom offers an additional space for relaxing, reading, or socializing while the furnished patio stands ready for alfresco dining.
