We had such a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything very easy. The location was perfect for our girls trip—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The home had three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, which gave everyone plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee bar was such a fun bonus in the mornings. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. The home is very comfortable and it was close to family that lives nearby. While the reason for our stay was very sad, our niece's celebration of life service, it helped to have a peaceful, quiet and relaxing place to retreat to. We will definitely look into staying here again.

We had a wonderful two night stay this fall, in this perfectly appointed home. There are so many extras, like a coffee/tea station games, gas grill, fire pit, both propane and wood burning.Everything was perfect for a couple of families to make great memories together.All of that said the absolute best part of this property is the amazing host Matthew, from the moment of booking all the way through checkout follow up this is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in.

Our experience was excellent from the second we arrived to the second we left! The host checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. He was friendly and available for any needs - and included some special touches to make us feel welcome! The house is set up well to accommodate its guests. We liked how each floor had its own bedroom and bathroom. And, the house had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained when we weren't out exploring the area. Highly recommended!

I have never felt more comfortable staying somewhere and the home itself was beautiful and everything I could have ever asked for to celebrate my sisters bachelorette weekend! Perfect location, cozy wooded home

Stayed with family and kids aged 1.5 to 5 and we loved it. Kids toys in the house, Boogie boards and sand toys much appreciated. Upstairs bedroom is a loft, wish there were walls and a door, but overall would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We stay at this property while visiting the Sleeping Bear Dunes. It was a wonderful location. The house was really well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The owners really have thought of a lot of really thoughtful touches to make it such an great place to stay.

Great introduction to Michigan

Was our first time to the Michigan area and we had a great time. Close location to great beaches and towns. Only stayed for three days and didn’t get everything thing in one we fell in love with the beach! Which was cold but didn’t bother the little one a bit. House was great, all the extras were a nice touch. Matthew was a great host thank you for a memorable family vacation!

Lovely little home in the woods complete with everything we could’ve needed - beach towels and chairs, coffee, dog bowls & towels. Close to everything we wanted to do - hike & beach, and attend a friend’s wedding! Communication with Matthew was excellent. He answered all of my questions promptly. If we come back to this area, we’d be so happy to stay here again!
