We're sorry that the air conditioning failed during your stay and that the response overnight did not reach the local team as quickly as it should have during a Midwest heatwave. That falls short of the standard we hold, and both the timing of our support and the comment you received when the fans were dropped off have been shared with our local team. The comment made was a genuine reaction to the temperature in the home and was not meant to diminish what the guests were experiencing. The local team contacted the guest as soon as they were notified of the issue and visited the home shortly after contacting the guest. It was determined very quickly that the a/c would need repair and the local team was able to get someone there the next day. Please note the guest left the review 3 days after their stay ended and a refund would take a bit longer to get to the guest. The VueStay Team
