The Space:

For your Florida destination of your dreams, choose Naples! The unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico, the bright-blue hues of the ocean against the white shores, and the convenience of plenty of things to do are all enticing you to stay here in this condo. Play all day on the waves by para sailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, fishing, shelling, and every other beach front activity imaginable. Drive into town and explore the fantastic local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly activities. Lounge about the pool or get some healthy competition on the tennis courts.





Step inside the condo and be greeted by lots of natural light and an air of welcoming. Upon entrance you'll be greeted with the cozy living area equipped with plenty of furniture to lounge on and a large TV perfect for movie nights. The open concept throughout allows the living area, dining area, and kitchen to be adjacent to each other so there's no missing out on conversation. The dining area allows for great views, but dine out on the lanai and feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves go back and forth for the best experience. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard space you'll ever need, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Inside the main bedroom you'll find a comfortable bed, a wall-mounted TV for private viewing, and beautiful en-suite bathroom that boasts a roomy tub and shower to wash the sand off at the end of the day.

Great Beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay on Vanderbilt Beach. The condo was very comfortable with good amenities, and the beach was wonderful.

Vanderbilt Beach

Great location and nice condo. Property still undergoing a few hurricane related repairs, but very functional. Easy access to grocery, restaurants, local and state roads. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice experience

Beautiful area and grounds, with a terrific pool. The owner supplied top notch beach chairs and really liked the cabana and garage that came with this unit. The unit was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back there again!

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Beach

Thank you for letting us stay for two wonderful weeks in your condo on Vanderbilt Beach! We enjoyed relaxing at such a lovely place overlooking the gulf and the beautiful white beach! The condo is very attractive and comfortable. It's in a quiet area, but it's still close to restaurants, shopping, and parks. We would love to stay here again!

Vanderbilt beach

Condo was well appointed for two. Great views of the beach. The floors were sandy but we were able to use the owners vacuum. Construction is still an issue…Daily hammering and drilling noises, had to use another condo building’s pool, had to vacate for 10 hours for construction. Wi Fi was only available in the living room. No one would respond to our report of this.

Great view

Was never disclosed the construction going on till after my chance for full refund ....the pool had no light , had to walk around construction area to getbti beach....the elevator was closed to ground floor for couple days....the condo was perfect though.. but the way the company disclose the construction was ignorant and in my opinion illegal the didnt let me know till after the fact ....was loud , even chainsaw going at times ....I should be credited for the disturbance!!!!
