The Space:

A sunny and unique getaway awaits when you book this fantastic vacation rental in the Matlacha Isles of Florida. With direct Gulf access and sailboat rentals close by, the world is your oyster as you sail around the Gulf coast. Shopping, restaurants, and other attractions are within walking distance, so this location is perfect for those who prefer to not hop in the car every day. Also, Fort Myers Beach is close by about a 20-minute car ride. After a day of adventuring at Boca Grande and tarpon fishing, come home and lounge about the glittering pool for some much-needed you-time. Fish off the dock in the backyard(free of charge) and visit with the dolphins and manatees that frequently swim up and say hello. Not to mention spending time with loved ones as you dip your toes in, fish for dinner, and bask in the warm, tropical breeze.





Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home while you rest on the plush furniture bathed in natural light, stream a movie marathon on the large TV, or serve brunch poolside on the lanai. We felt at home immediately. The fabulous welcome basket, the beautiful artwor, and wonderful decor made our home for a month instantly comfortable. Although we didn’t use them, the tooth brushing packs were thoughtful, as was the soaps in all the bathrooms. We loved the salt water pool. See you next January. Thanks!

Perfect vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The home was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the private pool and spending time on the dock fishing. We were within roughly an hour drive of numerous beaches, and we enjoyed a couple of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

We loved the location. The essentials were stocked when we arrived, making it like home away from home. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The house was beautiful and stocked well with kitchenware and towels. Loved the pavered area by the dock, did see a dolphin on two occasions. It is a beautiful piece of property. Perfect Girls Retreat

My absolute favorite place to stay in Florida! This was my third time staying in this home. The house is gorgeous, squeaky clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need.. and more. Highly recommend planning a day or two to spend enjoying the pool and games. Cornhole and yard-Yahtzee were so much fun. Everytime I have stayed here I have seen dolphins all throughout the day from the back porch/dock area. We even saw 6 manatees this time. So, so much fun! I highly recommend staying here! Will definitely be back again very soon.
