☆RENTAL POLICY☆
Must be at least 22 years old to rent.
You will need to complete a rental agreement after booking with us, provide
proof of ID for verification purposes, and provide a $300 security deposit hold.
This hold will take place a few days before your booking and will be released a few days after your booking.
These things will be needed in order to receive any check-in information.

UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED PER STAY, but you must select pets at the time of booking. The pet fee will automatically be included in the listed (host) fees. If this is not selected at the time of booking, there will be an additional $125 pet fee charged. Additional dogs may be considered, on a case by case basis. If approved, an extra fee will apply. Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and neighborhood.

☆AREA☆
It is an easy drive to the property. It is a hilly area, but there are no steep or dangerous roads to climb.
While we are located very close to the strip of Maggie Valley, we are in a small neighborhood area.
There are houses to the left and right of our cottage.

Valley Breeze is nestled in the scenic town of Maggie Valley, known for its natural beauty and proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities. Enjoy hiking, viewing waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is just a short drive away. During the winter, Maggie Valley is a ski town, with Cataloochee Ski Area being only a few minutes away. The nearby Lake Junaluska area provides beautiful walking paths as well as opportunities to fish, kayak, golf, swim in the community pool, and playing rounds of pickle ball. The town of Maggie Valley also offers a variety of local dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
