Guests will be able to access the home via a keyless entry system. Guests will have access to entire home during their stay.

Other things to note
For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have an exterior security camera at the driveway and upper back deck which has audio and video recording capabilities. There are no security cameras inside the property.
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$245 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover, as well as hot tub maintenance before and after every guest)
$100 Pet Fee (if applicable)
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
