Welcome to Fairway Villas L21, a beautifully redesigned two-bedroom, two-bathroom island retreat in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort. With warm, modern island-inspired interiors, updated furnishings, upgraded window treatments, enhanced kitchen equipment and thoughtful technology, the residence offers a comfortable and relaxing home base for exploring the Kohala Coast.



Outdoors



The private covered lanai overlooks the golf course, lagoon, tropical landscaping and surrounding volcanoes, making it the perfect place to start the day with coffee at sunrise or unwind after an afternoon at the beach.



Interior



Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is designed for comfort, with plenty of space to relax, gather and enjoy the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that makes Hawaii so special. Guests can enjoy a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV in the living room, Apple TV with Spectrum service and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.



Kitchen



The thoughtfully stocked kitchen is equipped well beyond the typical vacation rental and includes quality cookware, stainless steel appliances, a Vitamix blender, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, French press and stovetop moka pot. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day of adventure or enjoying dinner at home, you'll have everything needed for a comfortable stay.



Bedrooms



The primary suite features a King bed, a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV with Apple TV and Spectrum service, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can be configured as a King upon request, making the residence equally well suited for couples, families, friends traveling together or golf getaways.



Outdoor Equipment



For beach days, guests have access to three beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, four sets of snorkeling equipment, eight beach towels, a beach bag and a cooler. Golfers will appreciate the condo's location alongside the Waikoloa Beach Resort golf course, as well as the availability of two sets of golf clubs for guest use.

A beautiful space with incredible views

The views here are unreal — you just can't stop looking outside. The bedroom was peaceful and well set up, the kitchen was functional and clean, and the sofa in the living room made for a perfect lounge spot. Truly a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect Waikoloa retreat

This condo was truly exceptional. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one stood out immediately for how thoughtfully it has been designed and equipped. The space feels serene, stylish, and elevated, while still being incredibly comfortable and practical. Everything felt fresh and intentional, from the beautiful furnishings and calming decor to the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing lanai. It was the perfect place to come back to after long days exploring the Big Island. The owners have clearly thought through the details that make a stay easy: high-quality kitchen items, great beach gear, plenty of towels, comfortable living spaces, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location in Fairway Villas was also ideal. The complex is quiet, beautifully landscaped, and close to the pool, shops, restaurants, and some of the best beaches on the island. We loved being able to enjoy Waikoloa while also feeling like we had a peaceful retreat to come home to. This is the kind of place that makes a vacation feel effortless. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well located. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay on the Big Island.
