Perfect place to stay! Had a friend trip planned to go to Universal and it was a short distance away. Plenty of room for a larger group (and 4 bathrooms is amazing!) cute backyard to hang out and bbq. Shawn was great with communication and checked in to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again if we come back down to the area!

We had a wonderful nine-day stay at this rental home while visiting Universal Studios! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens, blankets, and pillows for everyone. The kitchen was also very well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The house was perfect for our group. We had our in-laws, my sister, and her husband join us, and the owner was very accommodating when we asked in advance. We truly appreciated their understanding and flexibility, which allowed us to enjoy this vacation together as a family.The location was fantastic, usually only about 10 minutes from Universal Studios, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The backyard was clean and inviting, with a lovely sitting area, a large TV, and a barbecue grill.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay, and we appreciated how responsive and helpful they were.Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our entire family. The house was comfortable, clean, conveniently located, and perfect for bringing everyone together. We would absolutely love to stay here again and would happily recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Shawn was a perfect host, he always provide a prompt response for our questions and our needs. The house is perfect, clean, stocked with all goodies particularly the coffee. The patio with the bbq grill and the tv, we spent much of our time outside and even pick out some lemons and oranges from the tree. There were 12 of us- it accommodated all of us since the house is so spacious and had more than enough beds for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious, master bed suite is excellent and huge, toiletries in abundance, pillows and blankets clean. Kids and grandchildren enjoyed playing foosball table and tennis table. Parking space can park our big SUV and another vehicle and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Overall, price is definitely great for everything that we got during our stay and will definitely stay there again and strongly recommend the place to our family and friends.

Beautiful home that was very clean, had plenty of amenities, and lots of room. There was even a lemon tree in the backyard! House was in great shape and you can tell the owner's take pride in having a well kept home. We would definitely rent from Shawn again, great experience!
