This property does not advertise air conditioning, and Hawaii’s tropical climate can be hot and humid, particularly during warmer periods. The home is equipped with ceiling fans and natural ventilation, as reflected in the property listing. We also want to clarify that May is a member of our Customer Care team and is not the property manager. Our team did make an effort to assist by exploring alternative accommodations, and we went a step further by purchasing and delivering three additional fans to the property in an effort to make your stay more comfortable. As a goodwill gesture, we also offered you a 50% refund, which you accepted. We understand that traveling with a baby in warm weather can be challenging. However, if air conditioning is an essential requirement, we strongly recommend selecting a property that specifically advertises AC. Alternatively, a cooler destination may be a better fit for guests who are particularly sensitive to Hawaii’s heat and humidity.
