Villa Description Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space The private swimming pool and gardens are certainly the highlight of Villa Mago. The spacious lawn and sun terrace, dotted with exotic palms, make the perfect setting for sunbathing and enjoying the countryside scenery. The swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and the alfresco eating area is shaded from the sun for dining in comfort. The brick BBQ is to the side of the terrace. Entrance A private gated driveway leads to a spacious parking area for your hire cars by the front of the villa with a sloped pathway to the front door. Living space Villa Mago has a traditional style with stone walls. The comfortable lounge is bright and airy, with a flat screen TV and patio doors opening onto the gardens. The kitchen also has access to the grounds, as well as all mod cons for a relaxing stay. The adjacent dining area has a table and chairs , plus patio doors onto the garden and front terrace. Bedrooms and bathrooms The villa has a double bedroom and 1 twin bedrooms sharing the facilities of 1 separate bathroom. Each bedroom is bright and fresh and has plenty of storage space. Villa Location Located in the area of Golf Pollensa, on the outskirts of Pollensa, Villa Mago is a short drive from the old town as well as the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town has a number of authentic Spanish restaurants, whereas Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca) has a more contemporary ambience with a number of chic seafront bistros. There is also a beautiful, large sandy beach here and a selection of beachwear shops. Golf courses, a waterpark and a number of attractions and places to visit are all within easy reach. Location features Shops and restaurants Whether it's a traditional paella or a more stylish dining experience that you're looking for, you'll find it within a short drive of your holiday villa. Puerto Pollensa is only 5 minutes' drive away and offers a huge choice of cafes and chic restaurants along its promenade and famous Pine Walk, by the marina. Pollensa Old Town is 1 mile in the other direction. In the town square and along its cobbled streets are a number of authentic Spanish restaurants where you can enjoy a meal of paella or tapas. A number of beachwear, souvenir and food shops can also be found nearby. Beaches The nearest beach is at Puerto Pollensa - a large sandy bay which extends right along the resort to the marina. Beach enthusiasts might also like to venture 15 minutes' south to the 5 miles long stretch of beach at Alcudia. Family fun Alcudia also has a good-sized waterpark, with a number of rides, pools and activities for all ages. There's even a mini golf course and restaurant! Places of interest From Puerto Pollensa main square, you can scale the 365 steps up to the Calvari church and enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery. The views from La Victoria Monastery, the old town and marina in Alcudia are also certainly worth seeing. Further afield, but also easily reached by car, is Palma City. The shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, nightlife and beautiful cathedral make the city a great choice for a day trip. Golf The nearest course to Villa Mago is Golf Pollensa, around 3 ½ miles west. There is also a course 6 miles away on the other side of Alcudia. Other activities Walking and cycling are popular activities in Majorca (Mallorca), and are a great way to see some of the beautiful scenery the island has to offer.
