Dieses helle Apartment hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ist Teil eines kleinen Wohnblockes mit 4 komfortablen Apartments, im Herzen des kleinen Küstenortes Cala San Vicente, im Nordwesten der Insel Mallorca.
Zwei feinsandige Badebuchten befinden sich in der Nähe und können zu Fuss erreicht werden (250 m), ebenso ein privater Gemeinschaftspool in 280 m Entfernung.

Das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich ist komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügt über SAT-TV. Von hier aus führt eine grosse Glastür auf die gemütliche Terrasse mit vier Sonnenliegen, kleinem Tisch mit Stühlen und einem herrlichen Ausblick in die umliegende grüne Landschaft, bis ans Meer.

Zwei Schlafzimmer, einmal mit Doppelbett und einmal mit 2 Einzelbetten, sind modern und die Betten haben nordeuropäische Masse. Im Wohnzimmer kann die Couch als Zusatzbett genutzt werden.
Die kleine Küche hat einen Gasherd, elektr. Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine.
Es gibt 2 Bäder Dusche.

Die Gäste dieses Ferienapartments können einen herrlichen grossen Pool ganz in der Nähe mit nutzen. (280 m)

Der kleine Ort Cala St. Vicente ist gerahmt von einer herrlichen Bergkulisse und viele große, alte Pinien geben diesem Dorf einen besonderen Charakter. Die Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße (Pollenca-Puerto Pollenca) nach Cala St. Vicente führt durch eine außergewöhnlich schöne Landschaft mit Wiesen, Feldern und vereinzelten Gehöften.
Zwei kleine Badebuchten mit feinem Sand und kristallklarem Wasser liegen direkt im Ort. Es gibt einige Ferienhäuser, private Residenzen und ein paar Hotels, außerdem Restaurants und Cafés, einen kleinen Supermarkt und Apotheke, Bankautomat und eine Busverbindung nach Pollenca.

This 2 bedroom apartment wir Air-Conditioning is part of a small block of four comfortable apartments conveniently situated in the heart of Cala San Vicente, just a short stroll from the sandy coves, shops, bars and restaurants of this resort.
Accessed via steps down from the road, this two bedroom apartment is bright and airy.
The combined lounge and dining room, spacious and pleasantly furnished and decorated, includes TV with Satellite channels. This opens out onto a large balcony terrace with room for 4 sun loungers and terrace furniture.

There is a lovely view from the terrace over to the mountains and towards the sea.

The apartment has no pool, but clients can use the one located at a near by Apt. Complex, just 280 mts. away.
It is really big (16 x 6 mts.), and includes a pool child section.

There is a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, sharing a full bathroom.
In addition, in the lounge/dining room there is a sofa that can be made up as a bed for a child.
For couples and small families the apartment provides a perfect location in the resort and comfortable accommodation.

NOTE: There are steps to access this apartment, and therefore it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
