Designed for longer stays with a quiet residential feel in one of LA`s most sought-after hillside neighborhoods.
The home sits elevated in the Silver Lake Hills, accessed through a front entry marked by an orange door that signals the personality of what`s inside. From the entry, you step directly into the living room, which anchors the main floor and connects the home`s primary gathering spaces.
Off the living room, a deck extends the space outdoors. Furnished with a couch and chairs, it serves as a natural extension of the main living area and looks out over the terraced garden below. It is the kind of outdoor space that gets used daily, whether for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
From the deck, a path leads down through the garden to a lower level where the above-ground electric jacuzzi is tucked among the fruit trees. The garden is productive and genuinely pleasant: fig, citrus, and blueberries that ripen through the warmer months. The lower yard area is private and separate from the main living floor, making it a destination within the property rather than just a backdrop.
Back inside, the layout separates the bedrooms across the home in a way that offers reasonable privacy. The primary bedroom, located on the lower wing, includes a queen bed and its own bathroom. That bathroom is a highlight of the home: blue tile throughout, updated finishes, and a character that sets it apart from the generic. A second bedroom features a queen bed as well. Finally, a third bedroom features a sofa bed and works well as a guest room or home office depending on how the space is configured.
The kitchen has been cleaned out and freshly set up for a new occupant. It is functional and appropriately equipped for someone cooking at home regularly, which describes most guests staying for a month or longer. A small dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen and connects that end of the home to the rest of the layout.
The home includes parking for multiple vehicles, an electric car charger (220V and 110V available), and in-unit laundry. The gardener maintains the property on a regular schedule. The side garden area is locked off and not part of the guest space.

Echo Park and Los Feliz are equally close, and the 2 and 101 freeways provide easy access to the broader city. The neighborhood itself is quiet, walkable in parts, and defined by the kind of architectural variety and natural topography that makes Silver Lake genuinely distinct from the flatlands below.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
This home is in the hills, so a car is particularly useful for daily errands and getting around the city comfortably. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
