Both bedrooms are located upstairs, keeping the sleeping area separate from the main living space.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with blackout curtains, a TV, and a private closet. Quiet upstairs position away from street noise. Purpose-built for rest after demanding shifts or long days on site.

Second Bedroom: Queen-over-queen bunk beds with a TV. Practical for two crew members sharing, colleagues traveling together, or families with kids. Note that this room does not have blackout curtains - guests sensitive to early morning light should plan accordingly or bring their own.

One full bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub combo, plus a half bath on the main floor for convenience. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. No hunting for essentials mid-stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking: full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Cookware, bakeware, and small appliances are included so you are not eating out every night. The remaining 6% represents non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.
