Located on the the 3rd floor, the space has an open and industrial design with high ceilings and polished cement floors. What makes the space great is its centralized location in Columbus with a variety of breweries, restaurants, art galleries, and shops within walking distance from the front entrance of the condominium complex.

Within a short walking distance you'll be minutes away from some of Columbus's most popular bars and restaurants such as Town Hall, Union Cafe, Axis Night Club, Standard Hall, and many more!

**PLEASE NOTE** This condo is right next to Axis nightclub. We share the same parking lot. Weekends can get especially loud until 3 in the morning. We do provide earplugs and a sound machine for your convenience

Clean towels, clean sheets, and great location as we were in town for a wedding at the Ellis. Although my husband and I are in pretty good shape for being 76, but the stairs got to us a bit!!Loved the vibe of the neighborhood.

‘The apt wasn’t as advertised. 1 reason I picked this place was because of reclining furniture. When we finally arrived, it was completely different furniture. Black, dirty, ugly, and no legs. It was sitting directly on the floor. Very difficult to get in and out of. It took us over an hour to check in because there was no key in the box. We had to contact the owner and the manager, and they gave us a key to another box, which we opened and there was no key in there either. We waited outside in 100 temperature for someone to bring us a key. Owner stated the condo was on the third floor and music was loud from the bar nearby. What they didn’t tell you was there was no elevator and you had to do 42 steps to get to the apartment they also underestimated the noise. We were awake on Fri and Sat night till after 3 AM. There was also only one washcloth in the apartment for two people for seven days. After requesting more, they did bring us more towels. Bedroom storage closet is inaccessible because end table sits directly in front of it. The regular closet is full of cleaning supplies, etc., and was filthy. The air conditioning fan was also very loud. It interrupted our sleep continuously. The kitchen was very understocked also. A burnt skillet mismatch dishes that were not clean. I had to wash before I use them. Unfortunately overall this was a bad experience. The one very good thing about this apartment. Is the location. You walk out right onto high Street in the short north!

Clean place with great directions on how to find it. Condo needed a minor repair which was handled within an hour. Would rent from this owner again. And no cleaning checklist. Bonus!!

I was in Columbus, travelling from Toronto Canada and just needed somewhere to hang my hat for one night. Being gone for most of the evening at business events, I never arrived to the condo until almost 11pm. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the condo( instructions on how to get in were laid out very nicely) because it had that really cool downtown, "coffee culture" feel with exposed brick and industrial ceilings. It was nice to have the whole condo, everything was clean and the bed was great. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Columbus to visit family or on business.

Great trip. Go Buckeyes!

Came to Columbus for the OSU vs UT playoff game. Unit was a mile or two from campus so we were able to walk to and from the game with no issue. You are located right on High Street with everything you need within walking distance. Vrbo owner is very responsive when needed which is a huge plus. No complaints about the property itself. However, there is a handful of homeless people that like to congregate in the tunnel underneath the property and the parking lot is shared with a nightclub so be sure to always lock your vehicle.

Awesome Stay in Columbus, Ohio

The property was easy to find from the directions given, and checkin was easy as well. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a short walk to the Convention Center for the event we were there for. I 100% recommend this property and the property manager.
