You have exclusive access to your unit. Parking on exterior side of building for one small/mid-size car. The garage parking is for main residence and not for this unit.
I give everyone their space but text is the best way to reach me and I respond pretty timely.
We love living here because the Short North is the artsy progressive part of town with all the shops, galleries, restaurants, live bar scene and seems to always be active. But being two blocks away allows you to escape to your quiet place to recharge!
There is a complimentary parking spot to the side of your unit on the concrete however walking and Uber is probably best.
Sorry, the backyard belongs to the main house tenants! But if you ask nice, they might share at their discretion.

Enter up driveway and past the side door AND UP the Black Spiral steps. Guests should daily rinse off dishes daily take all trash out to the alley, out the rear gate on the east side of the garage. Any large green dumpster is permissible to use along the alley. No sleeping on couches, only use the numerous beds.
Be mindful of other guests below you, so no running or jumping, and please monitor TV Volume as to not disturb other guests. Although this is a private residence there is a main unit beneath you that will likely be occupied. Please be respectful of your neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING. SMOKING IS A VIOLATION THAT YOU AGREE ALLOWS US TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY DEPART THE PREMISES UPON REQUEST OF THE OWNER OR THEIR MANAGER/REPRESENTATIVE. FURTHER YOU AGREE TO ANY PROFESSIONAL SMOKE REMEDIATION SERVICES AND TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY.
If you are warned about noise more than once or are disturbing the peace OF OUR AMAZING NEIGHBORS, or creating a nuisance, your reservation will be immediately cancelled with no refund and you agree to immediately vacate the premises peacefully. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
NO PARTIES NO DRUGS AND NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOUR RESERVATION TERMINATED AND YOUR FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
There is plenty of on-street parking. Please do not block the driveway OR YOU WILL BE TOWED AND AT YOUR EXPENSE NOT OURS. On street parking is available.
There are external cameras in driveway, and at entrance of mudroom when you first enter so we can verify the identity of all guests for your safety and ours. There are NO cameras in general living area or private spaces.
Any special events, (birthday gatherings, weddings, receptions, or filmmaking require special pricing and authorization and must be disclosed upfront, prior to your booking, or your reservation will be immediately cancelled) and you will be charged additional fees.
